Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
Office Administration and Operations
- Oversee office supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate with multiple vendors to fulfill office needs and support events
MIS and Data Management
- Maintain and organize data, reports, and management information systems
- Create reports and dashboards for management analysis
Travel Coordination
- Arrange domestic and international travel bookings
