Senior Offer Manager – Insurity

Insurity is a cloud‑native insurance software provider serving the largest property & casualty carriers and wholesale brokers. The Senior Offer Manager works within the Sales Deal Desk team to manage the end‑to‑end offer creation process, ensuring profitability, compliance, and successful delivery of each deal.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Product Management, Customer Experience, Professional Services) to scope customer projects and develop price proposals.
• Provide sales teams with guidance on pricing structure and strategy, and support special pricing requests.
• Prepare and present alternative pricing scenarios to leadership.
• Document approved commercial terms in Insurity’s CPQ price application and ensure legal has accurate contract language.
