Job Description
Multi-Company ERP Design
- Design and implement multi-company architecture in Odoo.
- Configure intercompany transactions sales purchases transfers, shared vs separate warehouses, multi-company chart of accounts, consolidated and individual financial reporting.
- Ensure proper data segregation and access control, smooth intercompany workflows without duplication, handle cross-company inventory and procurement flows.
- Work closely with the IT department for system setup and integrations.
- Coordinate with heads of multiple entities departments to align requirements across companies.
- Ensure uniform processes where required, deliver tasks within timelines.
- Act as a central point of contact for ERP across all companies.
- Understand group-level and entity-level business needs.
