Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan and deliver occupational therapy interventions for referred patients independently
- Implement individualised treatment plans in accordance with established clinical standards
- Review and manage patients across the continuum of care in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation and patient records
- Supervise and support junior occupational therapists where applicable
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Participate in administrative duties including billing and statistics collation
- Support clinical and service development initiatives
- Assist in clinical education and supervision of occupational therapy students
- Contribute to departmental training programmes and hospital-wide educational talks
