A new opportunity is available for an experienced, motivated, and clinically knowledgeable Senior Nurse Educator - Critical Care to join the Quality, Risk & Education team at a private hospital in Sydney. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 4 days per week). ABOUT THE ROLE You will work closely with the Quality, Risk & Education Services Manager to lead hospital-wide critical care education initiatives, strengthen capability across ICU, CCU, ED, CAU, PACU and associated high-acuity areas, and support the professional growth of Nurse Educators (NEs) and Clinical Nurse Educators (CNEs). You will also play a key role in quality improvement, National Standard 8 (Recognising & Responding to Deterioration), and National Standard 4 (Medication Safety) incident reviews, and ensuring education supports safe, high‑quality patient care.
