Responsibilities:

• Handle regular preventive maintenance on the SD-WAN Platform Operations.
• Support the expansion, upgrades and rollouts of new network and systems infrastructure involving hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, virtual appliances, VNFs, network monitoring and management systems.
• Support engineering teams on new product/ feature implementation, node deployment, and technical support matters.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and timely resolution of faults/issues within the SD-WAN platforms services.
• Analyze SD-WAN platforms performance and take proactive actions and preventive measures to monitor and enhance the network performance including software and hardware upgrades, etc.
• Prepare statistical reports on network and equipment performance.
• Analyzing financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget.
