Job Description
- 10–15 years of strong experience in networking
- Owns and resolves chronic, long‑running, or recurring issues across network and voice environments.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Silver Peak SD‑WAN appliances and orchestration.
- Skilled in troubleshooting Silver Peak tunnels, path conditioning, and overlay issues.
- Experienced in deployment, configuration, and performance optimization of Silver Peak environments.
- Strong experience with routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and static routing.
- Good hands‑on knowledge of Aruba switching, including L3 routing and VLAN configurations.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, STP, and SIP protocols
- Performs deep root cause analysis for persistent incidents impacting production.
- Works closely with L2 teams to identify repeating patterns, trends, and service degradation.
