Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a self-motivated, hands-on Senior Network Engineer to work under the supervision of the Director of Network Services. The role includes network engineering and operations work across our client's business units.

ABOUT YOU

  • Detail-oriented, self-starter
  • Excellent writer, with strong verbal & social skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate to senior leaders, technical peers, and non-technical partners
  • Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience/knowledge in ServiceNow, Confluence, Lucid Charts
  • Effectively handle many different tasks at a time
  • Team player

  • Proper planning of upgrades and changes; perform code upgrades
  • Update documentation, procedures, diagrams, circuit IDs, etc.
