Hybrid – Attached to our Solihull or London office

Band 4 / £70,000-£80,000 (dependent on Experience)

Must be eligible for and able to obtain SC Clearance

We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Network Engineer who is proactive, practical, and thrives on solving problems. This is not a role for someone who sits back and waits for direction – we need someone with strong technical depth, common sense, and the confidence to get stuck in, take ownership, and drive solutions through to completion.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving Serco’s enterprise network services, working across multi‑cloud environments, core connectivity, security, and operational delivery.
