Network Operations
- Manage senior network support, including escalations and complex troubleshooting
- Ensure network reliability across diverse environments
VoIP & Telephony
- Monitor VoIP systems (physical & virtual) using dashboards and alerts
- Conduct call quality investigations and performance optimisation
- Support provisioning, automation, and system maintenance
- Contribute to R&D initiatives (e.g., codec optimisation, system enhancements)
- Manage VPN technologies (e.g., WireGuard)
Problem Management & Escalations
- Lead investigations into recurring issues and trends
- Support escalation overflow and high-priority incidents
- Step in to oversee Tier 1 operations when required
