As a Senior Network Analyst for eClerx, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading network systems, troubleshooting network problems, ensuring network security, and recommending hardware and software to improve network performance.

• Ensure that SLA commitments are met, including monitoring and reporting of the same
• Ensure that projects and activities are completed as per the commitment
