Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and develop the Basis of Design, ensuring alignment with project specifications, standards, and engineering procedures.
- Lead and execute advanced naval architecture and structural analyses for FPSO/FSO hulls, topside supports, and interface structures.
- Perform a wide range of engineering assessments including intact and damage stability, hydrodynamics, mooring analysis, in-place conditions, and pre-service scenarios such as lifting, transportation, installation, and loadout.
- Conduct fatigue, vibration, dynamic response, blast, and fire analyses using finite element methods.
- Drive optimisation of hull and structural systems to enhance safety, performance, and environmental compliance, including preparation of material take-offs.
