Job Description

Key responsibilities

Intune / Company Portal (project + service ownership)

  • Deliver and own the migration of company applications into Intune Company Portal (packaging, deployment, lifecycle management).
  • Define standards for application onboarding (testing approach, rollout method, documentation, troubleshooting playbooks).
  • Maintain and improve the solution over time: rationalise the app catalogue, improve reliability, and drive continual service improvements.

    • Microsoft 365 (BAU + proactive improvements)

  • Administer and improve core M365 services, with emphasis on SharePoint/OneDrive and tenant governance.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated service requests from the IT Service Desk; document recurring fixes in the knowledge base.
  • Support identity and access needs in Entra ID, including SSO configuration and Enterprise Application mana...
