Finmo is hiring a Senior Merchant Onboarding Specialist to take ownership of our merchant onboarding and KYB lifecycle. This is an active, ownership role that spans compliance, risk, and operations.

• 1. End to end Merchant Onboarding
  • Own and drive KYB onboarding from submission through assessment to decision.
  • Break down business models quickly and identify real risk.
  • Map ownership structures, identify UBOs, and validate legitimacy of businesses.
  • Make clear, defensible onboarding decisions – not just escalation.
  • Own outcomes, not just processes.
• 2. Risk-based Decisioning
  • Take ownership of merchant risk approvals within delegated authority.
  • Support and contribute to high-risk Enhanced Due Diligence reviews.
