Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional with expertise in high-rise building projects to lead MEP quantity surveying costing estimation and commercial activities across large-scale developments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead quantity surveying and costing activities for MEP works across high-rise construction projects
• Prepare and review BOQs cost estimates tender documents and quantity take-offs
• Monitor project budgets variations claims and cost control activities to ensure commercial efficiency
