Responsibilities

• Provide specialist assessment, care planning, and interventions for individuals aged 14‑65 at risk of developing a first episode psychosis.
• Work collaboratively with service users, families, and carers to promote recovery, resilience and instil hope.
• Deliver psychosocial interventions, serve as lead health care professional, and manage risk in line with NICE guidelines.
• Contribute to service development and uphold the standards required for accreditation.
• Offer clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff and students.
