Digital Marketing Specialist / Media Buyer – TikTok Ads (Onsite)

Social Bros is seeking a Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced Media Buyer and grow within the digital advertising space.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-End Account Strategy: Build, launch, and optimize high-budget paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok (Google/YouTube is a major plus).
• Creative Strategy & Direct Response: You don't need to edit the videos, but you must be the brain behind them. You’ll analyze creative performance, spot winning hooks, and brief designers/editors on what iterations to build next.
• Aggressive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Constantly analyze landing pages, offer structures, and post-click experiences to boost Average Order Value (AOV)...
