Must-have requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Proven work with high-growth consumer brands
• Currently managing ₹50L+ in monthly Meta & Google ad spends
• Ability to present clear case studies with real business impact (CAC, ROAS, LTV, scale achieved)

What you’ll do:

• Plan, run, and scale Meta & Google campaigns for app installs and revenue
• Own CAC/ROAS and monthly budget allocation
• Lead creative + audience testing to unlock new scaling angles
• Work closely with founders, product, and creative teams to drive growth
