Job Description
Company Role
- Have an understanding of the Business Plan, mission statement and key challenges.
- Attend team meetings and play an active role in the development of procedures within the project team.
- Apply policies relating to health & Safety, quality and training.
- Be aware of the design philosophy and engineering principals for the project. Receive a comprehensive briefing from the project engineer before starting on site.
- Have an understanding of the buildability aspects and construction techniques applicable for the project.
- Carry out a cross reference check of all documents including specifications and drawings and bar bending schedules (if applicable).
- Keep a continuing review of the temporary and permanent stability of the building as it is constructed.
