Job Description
- Possess a recognized degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least five years of relevant experience in building projects.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered for entry-level positions and are encouraged to apply.
- Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team.
- Assist the Project Manager/ M&E Manager in the effective planning, reviewing, monitoring and controlling progress and process of M&E works. He/she must be able to control and manage the M&E subcontractor's progress and performance on site.
- Good knowledge of applicable codes/regulations and Authorities' requirements relating to M&E services, building construction and safety.
- Coordination and production of individual and combined M&E drawings (CSD).
- Appraisal for works/ products compliance to specifications/ requirements and selection recommendations.
