This is a hybrid technical and operational role where the successful candidate will: Work closely with the technical team to design, develop, and improve dredging equipment. Gradually take ownership of project execution, from award through to completion. Play a key role in bridging the gap between engineering design and site execution. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow beyond design and take on full project ownership and responsibility.
