We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Lead / Plant Operations Lead to lead overall manufacturing site operations and drive operational excellence, capacity growth, quality compliance, and cost performance. This role will be responsible for leading all plant functions while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and global operational strategies. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, Warehouse, and Facilities while fostering a high-performance and continuous improvement culture.
