What You’ll Do
As a Sr. Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures for the operations department.
You’ll get to:
+ Run a safe, injury/accident-free workplace.
+ Responsible for daily management and leadership of all resources assigned. Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to: Schedule adherence, productivity, personnel development, time and attendance, training and establishing/monitoring departmental goals.
+ Enhance the operational procedures, processes and systems to improve operational efficiencies.
+ Work independently and within a team while coordinating with other Departmental Leaders and/or Managers to achieve Daily/Weekly/Monthly goals and objectives.
+ Interprets company policies to workers, leads by example and enforces all Federal, State and local regulations.
