Overview

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer leads the end-to-end transfer and industrialization of products into Contract Manufacturing (CM) factories. This role owns technical strategy, factory readiness, and process robustness for complex product introductions and transfers across sites. The position requires strong customer engagement, cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to drive scalable manufacturing solutions from concept through stabilized production.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Transfer Leadership
  • Lead complex product transfers into CM factories, including multi‑site/global programs.
  • Own technical due diligence of product data (BOMs, drawings, specs, test methods) and define transfer strategy.
  • Identify and mitigate technical, supply chain, and manufacturing risks.
  • Serve as primary technical interface during transfer and industrialization.
