Work Schedule : 5-Day Work Week + alternate Saturday working
Exp : 6-12 years of HR Legal / ER / IR experience in Pharma / FMCG / Manufacturing / Field Sales environments.
Qualification : MSW / MBA-HR / LLB. Certification in Labour Law / Industrial Relations
Industry Exp : Pharma / FMCG / FMCD / Manufacturing / Alco-Be V
Annual Total Compensation Range : INR 24 LPA - INR 30 LPA (Includes 15% Variable Pay)
