Job Description

The Challenges


Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management

  • Develop and execute a global strategic sourcing strategy for solar cells, ensuring cost optimization, quality, and supply chain stability.

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with key solar cell suppliers (SEA & China) to secure reliable, cost-effective, and compliant sources.

  • Manage and optimize relationships with current suppliers while developing new partnerships for future growth and cost reduction.

  • Establish alternative suppliers to mitigate risks and enhance supply chain resilience.

  • Formulate and execute annual cost reduction programs while ensuring supply continuity and quality.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with R&D, NPI teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to guide product design decisions based on the latest solar cell advancements.
