About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director, Commercial & Medical Information Systems to join our Information Technology (IT) team. The Senior Manager/Associate Director will partner with leaders across Commercial and Medical and other functions as needed to drive adoption, operations, and ongoing enhancements to the IT systems and support the implementation and management of the Commercial and Medical IT system. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Commercial and Medical business processes, with prior experience with the Veeva suite of products, Commercial Data Warehouse, and other key Commercial and Medical IT systems for current and future needs. The position reports to the Director, Commercial & Medical Information Systems and will be based out of Boston, MA, USA in our Needham office. This hybrid position requires a minimum of two onsite days per week.
