Job Purpose:

This role will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Retail & F&B along with the planning, execution, and management of the F&B ecosystem within the development. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, driving occupier experience, managing food-court /retail tenant relationships, and establishing the development as a leading workplace and lifestyle destination.

1. IT Park Food court Technical Management

• Oversee end-to-end IT park operations including engineering, housekeeping, security, parking, landscaping, and common area management.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all building services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, elevators, escalators, DG, and STP.
