As the Senior Worker Welfare Manager for the Entertainment Business Unit (EBU), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that employment practices and worker welfare standards consistently meet the highest industry and ethical benchmarks. Your responsibilities will include educating and motivating Contractors to enhance compliance levels and offering expert advice for continuous improvement.
