Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of virtual financial planners and advisor support roles to achieve sales, productivity, and compliance targets. Provide consistent and exceptional communication to the Service team, celebrating successes, identifying opportunities for improvement, sharing relevant information, job aids and training in a timely manner to equip the team to serve Members and prospects and support each other. Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, performance reviews, and skill development plans. Foster a culture of high performance, client‑centricity, and continuous improvement.
