Your Opportunity

We are currently looking to hire a Senior Manager to be part of our growing Transaction Tax Services team which can be based out of any of our locations across Canada. This is a new new role and you will be involved in assisting clients with transaction tax issues including completing tax due diligence (both buy-side and sell-side), tax structuring, tax modelling, pre-sale planning, assisting with the tax aspect of sale purchase agreements, post-closing items and other transaction tax matters.
