**Job Description Summary**
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Workday projects, which includes requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Oversee the day-to-day operations, execution of the production schedules, monitoring of application performance, managing the release cycles, coordinating testing activity, and ensuring adherence to all ISO, SOD, and SoX controls and standards. Supervise and guide a team of Workday analysts and consultants who manage operations. Orchestrate the IT services supporting the relationship with our extended partners, critical HR document management, service cloud, development and strategy surrounding our HR portals, time and attendance integrations and overall regional support.
