The Capital Efficient Savings & Retirement team is part of the Savings & Retirement team which is part of Life, Health and Bank Distribution. Our focus is on on‑balance sheet products that may carry significant capital amounts and finding ways to efficiently provide these through the BUs so we can grow our life business and retain more customers as they move from the accumulation to the decumulation phases of life.

The team has a flat structure and is effectively organized in two parts (where clearly there is some overlap and the intention is not to silo tasks, but to help organize work).
