Job Description

This role shall lead the strategic operations to drive operational excellence and innovation projects in the Home Care. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to produce deep-dive analyses, execute complex projects, and help devise the overarching strategy for Home Care Operations in Singapore.


1. Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Management

  • Formulate Long-Term Strategy: Support the HOD to develop strategies aligned with organizational direction and national/sectoral priorities.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain robust relationships with regional stakeholders, government agencies (e.g., AIC, MOH), and community partners. Represent the Business Unit (BU) in meetings, working groups, and collaboration platforms.
