• The Space Planning & VM team is instrumental in delivering a compelling consumer journey through Own Retail, branded spaces and impactful VM standards
• With a store fleet that is growing and renewing, the Space Planning & VM function delivers strategies, tools and guidelines for space planning and VM across 127 countries in EM

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and develop a cross‑functional team across several HUB locations (Cape Town, Delhi, Dubai, Singapore)
• Deliver annual, seasonal and trend‑led VM strategies, tools and guidance to ensure brand and commercial KPI’s are met
• Be the business partner to all EM Category teams to bring their category priorities to life through store elevations and impactful VM standards
• Partner closely with the EM Store Development team and lead strategic store openings and remodels (~30 per year) ...
