Mondelez AMEA Region is organized as a Global Supply Chain Principal (GSCP) business model led from Singapore, responsible for making strategic decisions for the Region. This role, a central GSCP strategic position, provides guidance on Strategic Sourcing for AMEA, leads the AMEA spend‑area team, and drives Global/Regional sourcing strategies for the Ingredient spend tower to optimize total cost of ownership and create competitive advantage through breakthrough sourcing strategies, value management, supplier relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
