Job Description
Job Summary (List Format) Solutions Architect Digital Guest Experience
- Designs scalable secure and user-centric technology solutions for digital channels such as websites mobile apps and self-service kiosks.
- Bridges business objectives user experience and technical feasibility to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and deliver long-term business value.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams including product owners developers UX data specialists and vendors to shape product roadmaps and guide solution delivery.
- Defines and manages both high-level and detailed solution designs selects appropriate technology stacks and ensures adherence to non-functional requirements (security performance scalability).
