Position Summary

The role focuses on designing, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns for deposit and non‑deposit customers, segment activations, customer engagement, market intelligence, reporting, governance, and team enablement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Design, Execution & Performance Management: Design and launch deposit and segment‑driven campaigns for ETB and NTB customers and sales staff. Manage end‑to‑end implementation of sales campaigns, including tracking, coordination, and gift fulfilment. Continuously monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and implement enhancements where required. Perform post‑campaign analysis and evaluation to assess effectiveness, ROI, and business impact.
