Own the technical design authority for enterprise Salesforce engagements, defining org strategy, data architecture, integration patterns, and security models from discovery through go‑live. Lead solution architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Data, Marketing, and Industry Clouds, ensuring designs are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce Well‑Architected principles.
