1. To develop strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, identify business opportunities and enhance the Company’s branding and market positioning.

2. To develop new marketing initiatives to support and drive the Company’s sales budget and business growth while improving the project’s profitability.

3. To manage and lead the sales & marketing team to achieve the Company’s and/or departmental quantitative and qualitative objectives.

4. To ensure the Advertising & Promotional budget is utilised effectively and achieves high efficiency in generating sales performance and reaching target segments.
