You will be part of a team which oversees and runs the leasing planning and implementation of assigned MPA properties and execute effective leasing management strategies.

• Manage department (Leasing)’s finances including overseeing payment processing of invoices, not limited to term contracts, rental but also include utility bills.
• Manage department’s budgeting for Leasing.
• Ensure filing of government required returns on space submissions, namely to URA for the quarterly update of units for properties managed by MPA.
• Oversee tenant management (enquiries and feedback from tenants).
• Plan / renewal / application of Temporary Occupation Licences (TOL) – to work with different agencies/users on the renewal and application of TOL.
• Liaise with Legal team on all contracts.
• Liaise with all users for all contracts.
