Nordstrom’s Returns product management organization is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead the strategy, development, and execution of capabilities that power how Nordstrom processes, routes, and recovers value from returned inventory across its network.



This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and business strategy — focused on prompt returns processing, intelligent disposition decisioning, and continuous reduction of financial impact from reverse inventory movement.
