Key Responsibilities

• Product Compliance Strategy & Execution Lead the development and implementation of strategies to detect, review, and action prohibited/illegal product listings using smart automation and manual oversight. Create, update, and enforce Seller Policies and SOPs to align with local and EU regulations. Design and optimize smart detection rules to flag high-risk products, ensuring scalability and accuracy. Manage an operations team responsible for manual reviews of product listings, appeals, and seller reports. Define permissible product categories, set requirements (e.g., certifications, documentation), and enforce restrictions. Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to integrate new compliance requirements.
