Overview Heart & Stroke is looking for a Platform Engineering Senior Manager to lead a team of business analysts and platform engineering resources. The role is responsible for technology selection, planning, delivery, evolution and operational excellence of the organization’s enterprise digital platforms. This hybrid position is based in Canada and may be worked from anywhere in the country.

Responsibilities

Provide hands‑on technical leadership across platform solutioning, architecture, integration, and delivery.

Lead the end‑to‑end execution lifecycle for platform projects — discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.

Drive technology selection, architecture evaluation, integration planning, and technical due diligence for enterprise platforms, with a focus on CMS/DXP modernization, CRM evolution and adjacent domains (e.g., HRIS, grant management).
