Assist in driving continuous improvement, best value, and quality improvements within the team and departments by challenging existing practices and actively seeking ways to achieve better outcomes, contributing to ensuring key performance and financial targets are met, and corrective action is taken where necessary. Leverage resources across all boundaries to support business goals, bringing all expertise necessary to address the institution's challenges to safeguard against contractual and commercial risk. Responsible for Supply, Demand, Production and Material Planning for all factories. Lead the discussion in S&OP process and Supply review meeting.
