Facilitate deployment of Operational Excellence Program across the site including ODF, LVP and new hormone block Create Daily Management System Design and structure for the site and ensure adherence to OMS through a robust OMS health-check process. To align KRA's in line with business vision, mission, and plant KRA's and facilitate development of individual KRA's.
