Description

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our client’s team as the National Sales Training Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of the sales team through the coordination and implementation of effective sales training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales training programs and materials in line with company objectives
  • Identify training needs and gaps within the sales team and develop strategies to address them
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops for sales representatives
  • Deliver engaging and interactive sales training sessions, both in person and virtually
