The Director, Market Access Strategy, Analytics & Enablement will provide strategic leadership across U.S. market access strategy, analytics, coding, reimbursement, operational enablement, and payer insights for both on-market and pipeline diagnostic products. This role will lead the development and execution of scalable market access strategies that support payer coverage, coding optimization, reimbursement success, and commercial adoption across the U.S. healthcare landscape.
This individual will serve as a key stakeholder within the North America Market Access organization, partnering cross-functionally with Global Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Product Development, Government Affairs, Information Technology, and Field Reimbursement teams to drive evidence-based decision making and operational excellence.
