Responsibilities
Develop and implement sustainable recruitment strategies and leverage on various platforms to meet anticipated recruitment needs of the business through a data driven approach. Own and drive the full lifecycle of recruitment from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment and interviewing, salary proposal and offer, through to onboarding; ensure seamless and best-in-class candidate experience journey. Create and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and HR counterparts through strategic partnerships; partner with business stakeholders and HR Business Partner to assess talent requirements and advise on approach, market nuances, and challenges where necessary. Build and maintain strong network of potential candidates and external talent sources through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
