We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager / Manager, Central Inventory Management to join our team. In this full-time role, you will lead and drive end-to-end inventory management across the supply chain network, ensuring an optimal balance between supply continuity, operational efficiency, and working capital.

You will act as the central integrator across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance, strengthening inventory governance, transparency, and control across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

1. Inventory Planning & Control

• Develop and maintain inventory projections aligned with supply and production plans
• Manage inventory across Raw Materials (RM), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG) to ensure balanced material flow

2. Inventory Performance Management

• Track performance against key targets (DIO, E&O, Aging)
